Guest guest
Hi Jody, > I have found that goat yoghurt is so runny and dripping doesnt really > help,or am I making it different? Goat yogurt is not as thick as cow yogurt. Refrigerating the goat yogurt undisturbed immediately after the 24 hours of incubation for at least 8 hours will help it to thicken up. After the 8 hours you can then drip it for thicker yogurt.
