Goat yogurt is not as thick as cow yogurt. Refrigerating the goat

yogurt undisturbed immediately after the 24 hours of incubation for

at least 8 hours will help it to thicken up. After the 8 hours you

can then drip it for thicker yogurt. You can find some pictures at
