CCEMTP Renewal/CE Opportunity

I would like to gage interest in a dedicated CCEMTP renewal course. The

primary drive is to get UMBC CCEMTP re-certification hours for people

re-certifying before the end of 2006 but anyone can attend for the CE. I was

thinking

about 3 consecutive days for a total of 24 hours of Critical Care focused CE.

Anyone who is UMBC CCEMTP would be able to submit a single certificate to

re-certify. Anyone re-certifying after 2007 will need 32 hours.

I was looking at possibly doing this at end of February as there might

be some National Registry folk scrambling for general or specific CE before

they renew in addition to the CCEMTP folk.

Location: TBD Most likely close to where most of the attendees are

Topics: I'll let the attendees drive the subject matter and we'll decide

about a month out what topics people need or want. Anything related to Critical

Care and Critical care transport.

Cost: TBD
