Guest guest
Hello all, As moderator I have access to things regular members don't. Such as the member list. I have done some checking and I believe that the person that posted this mr400pounder@... is the same person that posted the info yesterday. I belong to a few yahoogroups. Most freebie lists and I have seen this kind of spamming before. Someone claiming they saw the link on the list and that it really did help them. That's wht I checked into it. Mr400pounder only joined today and his yahoo ID was only created today. The other addy it was posted from was etnado@.... That one joined a couple of days ago and is from Nevada. Also the link has changed yesterday it was http://weightmanagement.cjb.net and today it was http://geocities.com/mymoney100/weight2.html. After seeing the complaint posts today I tried the first link and it no longer goes to his website. It tells you that for some reason the site is closed down since it went against their spamming rules. Which means that most likely he posted to more than one list and someone complained. Now its a different site and addy. IT IS STILL SPAM. It also didn't take the person too long to get the info and also talk to a doctor. Remember that it it sounds too good to be true it probably is. Since this is Lyssa's list I will let her decide if she wants to put the people involved on moderated or unsub them. I don't want it to seem like I am trying to take over. Just trying to watch out for things since spamming ANNOYS THE HELL OUT OF ME. Lea moderator

Guest guest
Hi and others, We will be doing the same test, collecting specimens for comprehensive stool analysis for my son. The instruction sheet states that we need to refrain from taking digestive enzymes during the collection. So, I call Great Plain Lab to find out how long should we stop enzymes before the collection. The person told me to stop both digestive enzymes and probiotics for 1 week. Was that what you did? Thanks for sharing. Kym Re: Encouragement Just wondering. What is dysbiosis? Guest guest
Dysbiosis is the abnormal bacteria growing in the gut --- bacteria that are not supposed to be there, as opposed to the beneficial ones that are supposed to be there. Guest guest
I think we were off both for at least a week, because it took two weeks for me to get the specimens from all three of my children. It was really pretty funny, trying to get 2 specimens from each child on 2 consecutive days especially since they have to be mailed Mon-Wed and they have to arrive at the lab within 5 days of collection. For 2 weeks my life revolved around collecting specimens from my children!! LOL. We had only done a few days of acidophilus at the time anyway.
