Hi everyone!

I'm new to this group and I am just starting my son, , aged 13

and ASD, on the SCD. My question is, what kind of toothpaste do you

use, or are all kinds of toothpastes legal? I have the book,

Breaking the Vicious Cycle, but I haven't seen anything about

toothpaste there. Thank you in advance.

Unless your child swallows toothpaste Elaine says not to worry what's

in it.

Others using baking soda or just water to brush their kid's teeth.

Thank you Sheila. Unfortunately, I think swallows the

toothpaste, so maybe that's interferring with his diet. So there's

no toothpaste on the market that's safe to swallow?
