Guest guest Posted September 17, 2002 Report Share Posted September 17, 2002 Hi all, I visited The Birth Place in Wellesley, MA tonight, and am pretty sure I want to go through my prenatal care and labor there. You work with several midwives, and there are doctors on call, and the hosp. is just minutes away. As I said, I'm pretty sure about this as I really like the atmosphere and philosophies of the midwives. Just wondering if anyone else out there has been delivered by a midwife and what your thoughts are vs. a hospital delivery.
