,

I had my left hip done in September and this operation will be for my

right hip. I don't know if it's possible to " revise " a resurfaced

hip but I don't think so. Anyway the first one has been great (no

pain) but I haven't been able to " test-drive " it like most people

because my right hip has deteriorated so much that I still have to

use a cane for that side. This time I'll be free!

Thanks,

Barb

Barb.......good luck on Tuesday! I'm from the Boston area and am very

nervous about options for my left hip. Are you repeating the resurfacing on

the same hip and how functional has the first procedure been for you. I'm

hoping you've been able to be physically active. Thanks.....
