Guest guest
My son, 2yrs 11mos, 44 days SCD had a bought of vomiting, followed by diarrhea. I went back to more basic foods (stage 1 and some stage 2), and the diarrhea is slowing down (only 1 so far today -- 5 yesterday). Here's the question. He has a diaper rash that looks like yeast, you know the one, the little red dots all over his bottom. I am wondering if anyone knows if this could be the yeast working out of his system, or are we having stubborn internal yeast, or could it just be a rash from the diarrhea? Is there a way of getting rid of this without a topical prescription? In days gone by I would run to the Dr. to get a prescription. Now days I am more hesitant to do this, but his rash is pretty bad, and he scratches it when I change his diaper. Any ideas???
