Guest guest
I take Spring Valley " Natural Fish Oil " .. says on the side panel that it's 850 mg... I get mine at WalMart... it's also " extra strength " and " enteric coated " .. the latter being the most important part... they actually smelll rather sweet and not at ALL fishy.. and apparently the enteric coating keeps them from disolving in your stomach, but instead keeps them and they dissolve in your intestine, where they do not cause you to have fish breath! Guest guest
I take EFA caps daily and have used several different brands. I have not noticed a smell with any of them. Right now I am taking the Roex ones along with the cal/mag supplement and since taking that cal/mag my PVC's have subsided to very few and much softer than they were. BTW, the EFA's all have some fish oils, flax oil, etc. Barbara Kersten NY, 55 Sotalol NSR Lothlorien Goldens Lorien@... http://www2.bccom.com/lorien/index.htm Cassie, Jewel & Harry Lori, Beren, Gilly, Junior & Arrie waiting at The Bridge
Guest guest
> Does anyone in the group take fish oil capsules??? and if so how much and > what brand?? > Ronnie: I have taken GNC's " Multi-Oil " , 1000mg mixture of Omega-6 (fish oil) and Omega-3 (flaxseed and evening primrose oil). These capsules are fairly expensive, but have no odor, and I never detected " fish breath " . I have switched to Costco's " Fish Oil Concentrate " , they are much cheaper --- but yes, I don't inhale when talking the lid off the bottle, and occasionally have fish breath.
