Guest guest
I dropped my dose of T3 from 75 to 62.5 then down to 50 because my temps had dropped by almost a degree when I went from 50 up . When I was at 50 I had 98 as an average. I am addressing ferritin issues right now so I thought I would go down so hopefully my temps would go back up until I could raise with enough iron in my system. But my temps are now very low, 96 ish and I dont know what to do. I am dosing 4 times a day 12.5 at a time, 3 hours apart. My hc is at 32.5 every two hours in 10,5,7.5,5,2.5 and 2.5 at bed. Please someone give me some advice i feel like im jsut wallowing around not knowing what to do or why things are not working out. I have been on T3 13 weeks now i believe. No clearing yet

The drop in temperature then was probably not having enough cortisol for that much T3, it's not recovered since you dropped it again because you have less T4 and less conversion from it. Is your average temperature stable on a day to day basis?? I would add a 5th 12.5 of T3 for 3 or 4 days and if pulse and temperature permit add a 6th making 75 again and see what happens. If you start to get a temperature dip after taking T3 (in 30 mins to an hour) then you need more HC or your ferritin is still too low. Good luck and let us know how it goes. Guest guest
Well I think my ferritin is still low because I have only been supplementing for a week. So i should add back up? I thought that my body couldnt handle the higher dose because my temps went down instead of up when i raised > > >But my temps are now very low, 96 ish and I dont know what to do.
