Hi Buddies

I was really busy for a couple of

days and got so many mails I just

don't know where to start. lol.

I've now gone no E-mails, it is so

much easier to come in to the group

and expand the messages. Just makes

it a bit more complicated replying,

Oh well can't have everything, " sigh "

:-).

I would like to welcome all the new

members, I'm sure you will love it

in here.

Congrats to all the losers and

maintainers, if you gained just keep

trying, you will get there soon.

I think my scale as got stuck at

152, I have been that weight for the

last few weeks :-(. No my scale

really didn't get stuck, it couldn't

have, I have two scales and they

can't both have gone wrong at the

same time, can they?? LOL

Anyway catch you all later, Got to

get me some more water, only another

two glasses to go. Then its time

for bed. Almost 1am here in England.
