Surgical Time/Incision Length?

I have a poll like question...

I've read great variances in the length of surgical time for

replacement surgery, either between 45 minutes, up to 5 hours, and

I've heard great variances in incision lengths. Some say 3 inches,

some say 13 inches. Some say 60 or more staples.

I know that both of these matters greatly rely on the individual and

their surgeon, but I'm curious what your experiences have been.
