But I just want all of you that are going that I keep all of you and your stories in my prayers, and I pray for overwhelming blessing that day of the walk, and for safe trip, health and joy. Some of you may not know but every year some of the oldies from this group get together somewhere in the US to visit and walk in the Komen walk. We always welcome anyone that would like to come. We always have such a good time. So far we have been to Baltimore, Des Moines, Phoenix, West Monroe, Ok City, and now Portland. Ladies start planning now for next year, who know it may be in Florida. Those of us from ths group who paticipate in the Komen races took a vote after last year's race in Oklahoma City, that we would go to Portland this year for Jeana's race, to FL for 's race next year, and maybe to CT for my race in 2007. Any and all are certainly welcome to join us, and our plans do remain fluid. We have not been on the east coast for a race since Baltimore, in 2000, and never to the Southeast or the Northeast.(well, not yet, anyway). Anyone who wants to do a Komen Race with us oldies, please feel free to let us know...we do have a sister club that we post in about the races, as we do not wish to bore anyone who has no interest, and will gladly give you an invite to that group. In Portland this weekend I am so looking forward to seeing Jeana, Doris, , Lala, Cheryl, , Holly, and assorted spouses and relatives. We will be walking in memory of our beloved members who have passed on, and in honor of all of our dear friends in this club and Stage 4 club, who are SURVIVING.
