Guest guest
Hi Nika, Not sure about antimony specifically, but general chelation methods include EDTA or DMPS injections and eating chinese parsley, on which studies have been done. And if those binders are still in your body when that happens, then they really haven't helped you. There are supposedly some substances that " never let go " of metals -- zeolite, OSR#1, etc. But these have their own side effects that I'm not willing to put up with. Klinghardt is rather a dangerous -- he's probably damaged as many people as he's helped. And most of the chlorella on the market is high in heavy metals to start with, so that alone makes people worse. > Could you say anything about > your own strategy, for detoxing heavy metals? Well, I have to limit myself to whatever I can stand taking, in whatever amount I can stand taking. For the first several years I used NDF and Microhydrin, and I did get quite a bit better during that time, but was frustrated that I was not cured after 3 years. Then I took a break for several years (mistake) but just went downhill. Then I tried an ionic detox footbath (big mistake) which set me back a few years in my recovery. Then I went back onto NDF, and for almost the past year I have also been trying the Cutler promoted methods of taking ALA every 3 hours. I have tried many other things, but usually stop taking them pretty quickly when I see what the side effects are. And I have seen that others have gotten their metals under control using a variety of things -- OSR#1, HMD (Heavy Metal Detox), liquid zeolite products (Natural Cellular Defense or ACZ Nano), PCA-Rx, etc. You just have to try what you can afford and see if you can tolerate the side effects, and then see if your health improves over time (paying close attention to dosage, adjusting it to whatever you can tolerate) Marc
Guest guest
Marc, Yes, that has been my strategy too, finding what I can tolerate and which dosage. I disagree about Dietrich Klinghardt. I hope the ALA works for you. -Sue > > > Dietrich Klinghardt, M.D., famous alternative doctor, says everyone on > > the planet should be taking 30 or more tablets of chlorella per day, to > > detox.
