Hi Penny,

Keeping it up will help some and there is also a way to massage it but I am not sure how to do it. I am sure one of the other ladies can help. They do have sleeves you can be fitted for and wear. Be sure to tell the dr. You are in my prayers.

Hugs

Dear Penny -

I have lymphedema (in my legs) and besides elevating them, what has helped is having them wrapped. It really does make a difference when I do that. You might be able to get some good info from a physical therapist.

Penny

I have it as well. The only problem I have is there are no medical facility close to me who works on the lymphedema. There is one 1 hr away. You should get massages before it gets worse.

Don't judge each day by the harvest you reap, but by the seeds you plant.
