I am eating three garlic cloves a day. I was told to build up to five or

six but have not done so yet. I used to chop them very finely and swallow

them in water but I find it is far simpler to blend them in a bit of fruit

juice and olive oil. And I have lived in fear that I stank! But my

husband swears that I don't. But maybe love would make him say that!

However, so far, nobody has moved away from me. Also remember that this

drink which Ethel had recommended we all drink in the mornings also flushes

toxins from our livers. So you get a two-in-one benefit. Love,

Do you think this concoction would react to any meds we're on. I know you can't take grapefruit juice and bp meds as it increases the potency of the drug.

Bev

Dear Ana, I sure hate to quote someone else but as I understand it and do

it: one or 1/2 lemon (rhind, seeds and all), 1/4 c. orange or apple juice,

3-6 cloves of garlic, beginning with one clove and working your way up (I

just peel off the covering and throw it into the blender with the lemon),

1/4 c. olive oil and 1/4 c. water. Blend, blend, blend! You will NEVER,

unless you have some super blender that I don't have, get that rhind ground

up absolutely perfectly so I end up either chewing or just swallowing some

tiny chunks. I have surprised myself that I don't mind this drink any

longer. This is my morning drink prior to breakfast and by the time

breakfast is over, I don't notice the garlic and truthfully, you will fill

up on this much liquid and will probably not want as much breakfast. Let

me know how it goes! Love,

The liver cleanse might be a little easier to down if you increase the

liquid. This is the way I make it -

Put in blender -

8 oz. organic apple juice

8 oz. of pure water

1 whole lemon - cut up into quarters or eighths.

garlic - start with one clove and increase to four

cold pressed/virgin olive oil-start with 1 TB and increase to 4

Blend well. Strain and drink.

Let me remind you that in disease, the liver is working overtime trying

to rid the body of toxins. Nutritional support for the liver should be

considered. There are several supplements useful in this regard. One is

glutathione. Glutathione is low in chronic disease and age, yet the

liver must have this supplement in order to process the toxins. However,

glutathione taken orally may not survive stomach acid. A leading

alternative physician has his patients take it sublingually.

Another supplement is alpha lipoic acid - both a terrific anti-oxident

and a precurser to glutathione. The third supplement is milk thistle.

As we have said so many times, know your supplier.

AND - don't forget to drink loooooots of water to flush those toxins

away.

Are you really supposed to grind up the skin and the seeds and all of the

lemon? Do you drink this every morning? This kills yeast, doesn't it?

I hope it doesn't cause 's other problem...

Gloria

By now you have seen Ethel's post on here with the correct mixture. I am

on lots of drugs and no problem in that regard. Love,

Gloria, I was not doing this daily when my episode with the chelation

happened. I was only doing it once to two times per week, but when I

started getting rid of toxins too quickly, I was reminded to do this as

liver protection. I ordered the kidney/bladder and liver/gallbladder

cleanse packets from Dr. Schulze and sure enough, there it was again

suggesting that this is a healthy way to begin the day. By the way, I did

five days of the kidney cleanse followed by five days of the liver cleanse

and finished off with the coffee enema. Those organs are probably cleaner

than they have been in a long time.

The reaction to the chelation with the resulting diarrhea episode took its

toll on my digestive system. As of last week, I was finally not in pain

in my gut and only since yesterday am I beginning to lose the resultant

horrible gas which came afterwards. Still a bit of indigestion but I am

using my SuperEnzymes and HCL like crazy along with the probiotics and aloe

vera juice three times daily. Thank you for being so concerned, Gloria. I

feel greatly loved and consider myself hugged. ((((me)))) Love,
