I just thought for someone who begged for a sibling, she is kind of quiet about it lol.........but she DOES say she wants a little brother but if its a girl thats ok too lol.......And she does talk about it sometimes. My daughter does a LOT of thinking. She will be quiet about something while she is collecting her thoughts, and then all the questions start coming, so I guess that is whats happening with this too. I know she will be a great big sister, we have three nephews and shes great with them all. Time will tell, I'm sure everything will turn out fine. Thanks! Guest guest Posted July 31, 2002 Report Share Posted July 31, 2002 Marcy, I had lost a pregnancy a month before this one and had problems in the begining of this one and both my boy's new I was on bed rest and had to be taken to the hospital a couple times in the first 5 mo. of pregnancy so they were both a little aprehensive. But since my belly has gotte HUGE and they can feel her kicking and rolling around they have opened up. They know it's comming soon I'm just not sure how the outcome will be when she's actually here I'm just hoping for the best. However, I do believe baby will come when he/she is ready and that it shouldn't be pushed before being full term, but I, like have a history of large babies. My first was 10 lbs. 4 oz and delivered exactly on my due date!! So I am for trying anything natural that won't harm either of us...like sex and the reflex/pressure points!! Your supposed to apply pressure firmly with you thumb for a few seconds then release and move down and repeat (its kinda hard to explain). And you can do that on the inside of both feet for ten minutes. I was also told to work the pressure point for the pituitary gland which is in the big toe a little below dead center. My girlfriend gave birth on monday morning (11 days early and previously only one cm dialated)and her mother in law did her feet ten min. each foot on sunday evening and then she walked around the mall for a bit and around 2am monday she started contracting so she thinks that the reflexology did the trick. I don't know but I'm willing to try I have until next Thursday until I can safely give it a shot. As for the nipple stimulation I'm wondering if my husband should or should not go there also?
