Kendall!!

You are making me hungry! Beer and fried eggplant....YYYYYUUUUMMMMM! That

actually sounds very good (I've been going through a phase where nothing is

appealing). I guess I could at least have the fried eggplant, eh? Well, I

just may be making a trip up to your neck of the woods this weekend...no

restaurants down here have fried eggplant...can you believe that?!

Congrats on the 1 lb loss! It is headed in the right direction so you are

doing great!

Hi Girls!

Ok, I'm down to 171....still not in the much desired (at this point)

160's but I'm getting there. That's down 2 from last week and a grand

total of 7 lbs in 4 weeks of dieting. I'd like it to come off a little

faster!!! :) But I'll get there! Thanks for the idea on the diet candy

bars! I heard somewhere too that you can slice bananas and drizzle them

with chocolate syrup and freeze them for a treat, that would be about a

3... I still like the expresse yogurt from yoplait frozen, the lemon and

lime are my favorites at the moment! Kendall, I think one pound is

great, I am proud of you that you didn't gain or stay the same after

vacation!!! :) I would have gained for sure! I joined you in the beer

and pizza on Friday night....and well, ummm, the beer and BAD dinner on

Monday (had a charity golf tourney dinner), so I'm happy -- really happy

with 2. On to the next week!

Vicki & Kendall,

I did my morning weigh in and I'm down two pounds. I'm now officially in the 140's - 148 to be exact. Considering AF showed up yesterday and the stress that I've been under that's pretty good. Keep up the good work ladies, we'll get there.

Love & hugs,

Jo-Ann

Take care and take it easy. Post when you are feeling up to it.

Don't worry about it, we will survive w/out you ;). We will miss

hearing from you though of course :)!

That is

wonderful!!! You are definitely on your way now. And if you’re like me, you’ll

Vicki,

Wow 7

pounds is wonderful in just 4 weeks. If you lost it much faster, it might be

harder to keep it all off. You are pacing yourself perfectly.

Congratulations!!!!
