I want to share a link with the group for FreeCycle. It is a a nationwideprogram for recycling. How it works is you join the FreeCycle group in yourarea (on Yahoo! Groups), and people post items that they are getting rid ofand you e-mail them and say if you want the item or not. (This is on a firstcome first serve basis.) It is in effort to keep things from going to thelandfill. All items are free & there is no money exchange ever.The reason why I thought that this would be a good idea to post is I haveseen come through my FreeCycle list lots of exercise equipment. I have seenGazelle's, treadmills, weight benches even a bowflex. So, I thought thatthis might be useful to some of the people on thin budgets who would like toexercise but cannot afford the equipment. Of course I cannot guarantee whatwill come through in your area, but I can only imagine that the items aresimilar. Just a thought. Here is the link http://www.freecycle.org/ so you can checkit out.
