Gillian suggested I think about other aspects of my life, because IE is not just about food and weight, but about the total picture. I am re-vitalizing my creative endeavors. I ordered some fun creativity un-blockers from and Noble that are due to arrive Friday. One's called a Whack on the Side of the Head and the other is Rory's story cubes. I still would like to finish at least one of the multiple unfinished projects I have already. Sandy -- isn't it hard not to focus on weight or how much we are eating? Something about the focus makes it happen - i.e., what we focus on, we become. That seems to be working for me, too. As soon as I focused in on my weight, it became a problem.
