I've been reading posts for a few weeks now and following different

discussion (silently). I've not been brave enough to ask this until

now. Missing from the " poopie list " is the " perfect poopie. " So,

by following this diet, what is the desired effect with

the " outcome? "

insulin resistent

on diet about 3 weeks

Son with adhd

asked this question as I have two to add to the funny " Poopie List " ) LOL

So if you have high fat content, does that mean that you're not digesting your

fat, or you're eating too much fat??
