I use the standard muffin recipe which is is Elaines book and baked two loaves

and then made it into the shape of the Titanic. (one loaf on top of each other)

and cut in steps. For the funnels I used two muffins and cut other muffins to

go round the ship as life boats. I then used butter, honey mixed together (with

flavouring of choice) as the icing. I used rasperries, kiwi fruit,

strawberries, grapes and nuts to make all the bits for the ship (ie. port holes,

etc. etc) and it looked great. The cake was madeup the day before and the fruit

added on the day.
