Hi ya Lynn,

A little cooler today, just 98. It started raining a while ago, its

coming down pretty good, hope it rains for a while. Hope it doesn't

just make it hotter with humidity.

Whats my favorite ice cream? Lemon of course, LOL No, I am kidding.

Do they make lemon flavor? Hummm... I like choclate almond pretty

good, beck likes to get her a frozen yogurt in a waffle cone.

ph and I worked on his car today. Got the front bumper/grill off

and straightened the front part of the frame. The metal part where

the bumper fastens onto. Will take off the front fender, drivers side

and replace that and the hood and windshield. Then he will get the

whole car painted and I will be so glad when it is all done, haha.

Your idea of a little cooler is 98.... Stay cool!!!

We've dropped into the 80s and I see the weatherman took the 90s out of the long range forecast! Yippeee!! You and ph have quite a project! But, it sounds like you know what you're doing. Have fun! Now, why am I not surprised on your favorite ice cream flavor? Grins. I think they have lemon sherbet and sorbet. I kind of prefer lime sherbet these days. Well, think I'm going to head over to the Farmer's Market...see y'all later!

Hi Lem,

Know what you mean ... there's something about the three digits of 100

degrees that makes a huge difference from 98 or 99 degrees! And just a

few degrees higher the heat just wraps around the body in a different

way. My husband thinks I'm crazy but I can tell the difference between

high 90s, 102 and 105! but then again this is " dry heat. " ;-)

Rain at 98 degrees, wow!

As a California gal I grew up thinking it was physically impossible

for the rain to fall in the summertime! (We usually go from late April

through October and sometimes into November without a drop of rain ...

except for those thick mists that visit Melita there in San

Francisco!) When the Weather Channel started showing the rain patterns

moving across the country everyday it was shocking to see how much of

the US gets rain throughout the summer. What a naive little weather

cookie I was!

It is HOT here today. Yesterday was so nice-about 85 and breezy. Perfect weather for me. Today is miserable. It has to be 100. I can tell if it is in the 90's, or 100's too. We had a concrete area poured today so it did help because it set up faster. It looks wonderful. We will be able to walk on it in 2 days and use it in 3. I am very excited!! Almost done.....I need to put before and after pictures up for everyone to see.
