Guest guest
Hi ! No, you've got it all wrong LOL! In the USA, folks sue, and receive HUGE settlements; based on the assumption that no one is ever responsible for their own stupidity. These settlements are not to cover insurance costs - but to soothe for " pain and suffering " and the accompanying " mental anguish " . My current favorite (and I'm praying none of the family has a resurfed hip!) is the teen who is suing Mc's because the fast- food giant " made him fat " . Never mind that his mother drove him there every day and gave him money to indulge in the feast of fat and calories??! Stay tuned.....
