Guest guest
Hi , Try to keep the joints mobile. With time on the antibiotics this problem should ease. If you don't keep the joints mobile then the joint can contract and set in the bent position. My daughter has this problem but otherwise is doing much better. Chris. >before i started the protocol i noticed the little finger on both >hands were beginning to stiffen up or almost freeze at the knuckle. >if i manipulate the joints for a while it seems to loosen up but >within 30 minutes its frozen again. has anyone come across this and >if so has anything (treatment wise) helped. Guest guest
Don't forget the lovely wax bath. Nothing heats down to the bone like that does. Guest guest
Group: I had a 'frozen shoulder' about 9 months ago. My brother, an athletic therapy student, gave me some exercises to do which only helped increase my mobility 25%. I looked it up on the internet and glucosame sulfate was recommended as helping. About 10 days after starting the glucosamine I now have complete movement of the shoulder again. If you are not taking this supplement already, it may just help. check www.consumeroptions.com for the brands that passed the potency test. Guest guest
Remington has a wax bath for hands and feet. You turn it on and the wax melts. You dip your hands about 6 times and coat them in wax. Then put the plastic bags and mitts on (supplied) or oven mitts if you didn't get them with the machine and presto. Warmth down to the bone. Many manicures and pedicures come with this service. Our physiotherapist said to do this prior to bending and stretching fingers since it softens up the synovial fluid etc for better manipulations. Guest guest
Hi and Donna, I also have the Remington Hot Wax machine and it is wonderful. If I could figure out a way to dip my whole body in it, rather than just hands and feet, I'd do it. If you can't find it at a store near you, check on the internet because it is available from a number of places there. Hugs a
