Guest guest
Personally, I don't have a problem with journaling; I use WWCalc, and my Palm Pilot is nearly always right in front of me (truthfully, I feel naked without it). My wife, however, uses the paper journal, and tells me that she has trouble remembering to write down the food that she eats. She usually doesn't have pockets, so she carries her journal in her purse; but if she doesn't see it right away she forgets to use it and she says that if she puts it in the side pocket of her purse it gets torn or falls out. So what tricks have other people used to remember to journal? What worked for you when you were getting started (or now as well)? And so on? I've found that journaling really helps me, because I feel accountable. I'm sure it would help my wife as well. Sliante, S.
