Sharon,

Did you weigh yourself before or after working out? If it was after it

was not an accurate weight, especially after doing weights. The muscles

hold a lot of water after doing weights to get more oxygen. Just keep

at it. You are doing great! The scale will show it soon! Are you

measuring too? Because the scale does not tell all. You could be losing

inches!

About the not feeling like working out? Welcome to my world! I

procrastinate soooooo bad all the time but like you said, I always feel

better for doing it. It might not ever get easy to get going, sorry,

don't mean to sound discouraging but it's true. It's been 2 1/2 years

for me and I still have my days. BUT....... you will feel it if you

don't is where I feel it. Especially with my arthritis, I hurt a lot

more if I don't exercise for more than a day. So the benefits, the body

wanting it, show later. It's a mindset thing I feel. How bad you want

to lose weight and be healthy. Also, it becomes habit. I might not

always feel like doing it but it's just what I do, just part of my day.

Keep up the great work!
