Doctor checked clotting time and it was normal. We were using a humidifier and he was drinking lots of water, so I never really did find out what was causing them. All I can say is that after a few months on SCD and the removal of allergic foods from his diet the nosebleeds stopped. I think, in my sons case, his nosebleeds had a lot to do with food allergies.
