Dear Mandy, You did still lose. Every week is not going to be a large loss.

But every bit adds up. You said you didn't drink any water this week...

That can definately make a huge difference. Exercising without drinking water

isn't good. You need to replace that lost perspiration with wonderful

hydration! It is also true that if you gain muscle and lose fat, the number

on the scale may not move when in fact you did lose inches.

Hang in there. Keep exercising and drinking lots and lots of water!
