Hi Kendall, I must say your menus look like they come right out of a

book!!! That's great! I need to add a little variety in my diet, esp.

fruits, I need to get to the grocery store! Congrats on being down 2!!!

Yea!! Isn't it great to be out of the 140's and into the 130's!!!

Ok, today's weigh in, I'm at 175 on the dot...that's what I was

yesterday and the day before, (sorry, I can't help myself I weigh every

day!)Oh-that's down 3 pounds from Monday. I didn't cheat at all

yesterday and I was even tempted by a co-worker with a malt....but I

said no thanks! I think I'm in diet mode!! Let's see if I behave over

the weekend!

Today's plan

Breakfast: General foods int'l coffee (fat-free, sugar-free)

Yoplait yogurt

Lunch: Vegetable soup

Dinner: no plan yet!! Scary! Maybe I'll go to the store and get vegie

burgers, most likely it will be Pizza hut, but I can have 2 thin slices

and a salad and still not be over in points.

Good luck over the weekend!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!

Way to go Kendall!!!

Ok, Here is my results........ 1 stinking pound!! I'm still sticking

with it however, that's 4 lbs in 2 weeks, so that's ok, right??? Still

have a ways to go to get to 150, I'm at 174 today!! Plus I had a small

Dairy Queen Ice cream cone last night (shame on me) so at least I'm

eating AND loosing some weight! Can't wait (weight) until NEXT Friday!!

:) Have a great weekend!

Vicki

PS Jo-Ann, I'm with Kendall on the unsubscribe issue, you did everything

privately without any embarrassment to anyone. Thanks for looking out

for us!!

Can't wait to see your post Jo-Ann!! ;)

Vicki,

Ok ladies - here we go! I'm the same as you Vicki one stinking pound - damn, damn, damn! I don't understand, I've been so good. I didn't even have any cake or junk at the pool party. I've been walking more and I have been swimming twice this week. Well I'm not going to worry about it. There is too much other stuff going on right now. I'll worry about it next week - lol!

I wanted to thank both you and Kendall for your support. It's very important to me to know that the majority of the group support me in problem. I truly do feel bad for the way things turned out, but on the other hand I had also had enough! Hopefully next week will be better in all areas.

Kendall congratulations sweetie - you win the prize for the week - hugs!!!!!

Love,

Jo-Ann

Thanks for the encouragement Kim. It sure makes it easier to stay on

track when I am seeing results. Hope you are feeling great. Your

pictures were great and I loved DH's father's day gift.

Take Care.

Kendall,

Good job! I wish I had done so well after Daisy was born . . . 2

years later, and I'm not pre-pregnancy weight. Fortunately, both dh

and I have learned to love all the extra :)
