Guest guest Posted June 18, 2011 Report Share Posted June 18, 2011 Thinking about eating when hungry and only when hungry, most of us are programmed into thinking that we are to eat 3 square meals a day (snacks in between). So, there's breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
