It has not happened often but we figure there are many other oils without that kind of history, so why play around with it? P.S. It was stated last week that neither Sally Fallon or Dr. Mercola's comments are always relevant to SCD and sometimes they even contradict themselves. My personal choice is to be guided by Elaine's concerns regarding Canola Oil. Whole Foods in Toronto uses it in almost all their take out foods and is strangely silent when challenged aside from stating theirs is wholesome. I wonder if they have a vested interest? Carol F.
