I went to Curves today for my official weigh in and measuring and I lost 3 lbs and 3 inches from December 1st to January 5th. I was very happy since it was over the holidays.

The ladies there looked like they were having so much fun. We told them they might wish my daughter and I hadn't joined. We get goofy sometimes! lol

Thanks, Coco. She asked us what size we want to be a year from now and I told her at least a 12. She said that would mean I would need to lose a total of 35 inches and it is possible. So we're going to work on that. If I don't make it in a year, I won't stop, that's for sure.

I went to Curves again today and this time my target heart rate was lower, thank goodness. We have so much fun.
