3 L water,supps.,3 mile walk,coffee-6,meatballs with 1 Tbsp. lc donair sauce,lc jerky,celery-1,pork chops with 2 Tbsp. cooked mushrooms,cheesecake,cheese top of pizza with scant onion and ground beef-4 Total carbs - 15. Forgot ,pork rinds. Weighed this a.m. -139 lbs. start of challenge-143,loss of 4 lbs. Also,had gained 1 lb. last week,toal loss 5 lbs. me so happy!!!

***Homemade*** beef jerky? Oh, please share that recipe. We love it. But

it's 5.99 for less than a pound of jerky up here.
