Guest guest
Hi, Does anyone know of a company that can put captioning on old videos like the ones they use in school? Is there such a service? Thanks! Kim
Guest guest
Hi - if you've lost the manual for your television, you usually can go online and download a manual from the vendor's website. i do that all the time. Usually the vendor's website is vendorname.com - so RCA.com, etc. They may have more information on h ow to put captions on and have sound on. I personally like to have captions on because I tend to miss a lot of what is said especially if the kids are being loud. I am not a very quick reader though so that can be hard sometimes.
