Sauce- 3 cups of above, 1 cup Splenda, 6 tsp. vinegar, 1.5 tsp. garlic powder.Mix together,it thickens up itself.Store in fridge. I use a Tbsp. a time ?1G carb/Tbsp. The meatballs to serve with-5 lbs. lean ground beef,2 tsp. garlic powder,2 tsp. onion powder,2 tsp. Paprika,2 tsp. Red Pepper flakes,.5 tsp. black pepper,1.5 tsp. oregano,2 tsp. salt, 1 cup crushed pork rinds,2 eggs. I make sall meatballs cooked in 350 oven -30-45 mins.
