Indeed the spices might contain starch. I'd avoid it.Try Whole Foods for turkey.

Yes. Honey is baked into the cheesecake that is included on the

intro. The natural sugars in the apple cider, grape juice or

gelatin are diluted so you probably shouldn't have the honey

straight.

Nope, the spices could contain free flow agents -or other illegals.

My grocery sells plain turkey but you have to read the labels.

Asking the butcher may help narrow it down but still check the

labels anyway.
