Guest guest
Penny, Welcome to the group and congratulations on your pregnancy!!! There is no reason for you to feel ashamed about worrying about the weight gain/loss. We have ALL been there. That is the beauty of this group of women. It is so completely normal to be hungry and eat more during pregnancy, it sounds like you are doing good with your food choices though. And even when you AREN'T so good with your food choices, don't beat yourself up! I wish you the best during your pregnancy and look forward to hearing more from you. Take care!
