When I went in for all those tests I was told they were making sure I both

kidneys and etc etc. It's not just our female organs that can be affected by our

anomalies from what I gathered. I think it's still a low chance of them finding

much in those tests, but its something we all have done just so the doctors know

for sure what they are working with, or not working with. Hope that helps some.

From what I understand, the kidneys develop at the same time during pregnancy as

the mullerian ducts. So, whatever caused the MA could have also caused the

kidneys to not develop normally. I hope everything is normal for you.

Hi everyone,

Thank you for your answers. My scan is tomorrow morning, i'll let

you know what they find when i get the results. One really good

thing about it is that my friend is a student nurse and she's

currently placed in the ultra sound department. She will be there

with me and the ultrasonographer will explain what he's seeing to

her. So she can tell me again later what was said.

I didn't like the last uss because the person doing it wouldn't tell

me anything about what she was seeing.

Oh well.
