Guest guest Posted March 18, 2004 Report Share Posted March 18, 2004 hi everybody mi name is azariel coss iam 28 yrs old and i have a-fib since i was 20(recently i was diagnosed with atrial flutter to),ibeen taking tambocor and atenolol for 5 yrs now. my regular cardiologist thinks that i should just keep taking my medications and keep on with my life,i just cant even if i havent had any episode for the las two yrs my heart pounds so hard,so loud,iam out of breath many times and recently some weird things been happening,i feel so disoriented and disconected from the world that scares me,when i wake up from having a nap or in the mornings i feel so out of context so strange my heart races and i cant breathe it takes a couple of minutes to go back to normal.does this sounds familiar to you?. last week i went to a different doctor an electrophysiologist and he wants to do an ablation(on tuesday the 30th)i am scared his decision was so sudden and unexpected. can someone tell me how this feels,does it work? thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
