I’ve cleared, incredible!!! and yes, I think Nick was right when he suggested

it happened at 11½ weeks, even though I didn’t feel what I expected to feel!

The hours that I feel great are wonderful, especially having motivation instead

of needing to push, push, push to get anything done and then not much got done.

The list of symptoms that I don’t have anymore are remarkable: almost no

headaches (when one starts coming, I know it’s time for HC or T3), significant

sinus pain reduction, aches and pains all over my body have disappeared or

almost disappeared, including plantar fasciitis and carpal tunnel, brain fog

comes from time to time only, my nails are growing and not breaking (okay,

I’ve been taking HCl for awhile, but still, my nails are a constant

irritation, normally, tearing, etc., and now they are GROWING and not bothering

me). I haven’t been to the chiropractor for three months and don’t NEED to

go!

Because of the way my naturopath got me started on treatment, however, I was

late and low in starting Isocort/HC and getting it at the right dose. Right now

I seem to need 40 mg a day to feel good. My temp seemed stable (but low 97.8) a

few days in a row, then wham, today is jumping up and down. This morning I was

97.6 first temp of the day and currently it’s at 98.4. I’m on 75 mcg T3 and

thinking I need to increasing since temps are low. I do 1 tsp sea salt spread

through the day. Take DHEA and progesterone as well.

I need to do blood tests now †" it’s been three months--and am thinking I need

these along with pre lab instructions):

-Full thyroid panel including RT3 (no T3 after bedtime does)

-Ferritin and B12 (no iron 5 days before)

-Electrolyte panel, (or at least) specifically sodium and potassium.

Question? Aldosterone? Renin? Iron panel? Leptin?

I pay for these out of my own pocket, so appreciate not having to do more than

necessary, but also don’t want to miss anything.

One other question. I had been doing HC w/Isocort and HC cream, but switched to

Isocort alone. Is it bad to be on the equivalent of 40 mg of Isocort a day

(calculating 1.5 mg pill)†" I thought I read yesterday on the adrenal board that

it was not a good thing, and I don’t remember hearing that before. It's

making me nervous.

Thanks much!

Jeanne
