Elle,

I'm glad to hear that your crib story is (hopefully) going to have a

happy ending. It will be nice if you like this one more! I hope

they're doing something for all of your trouble! I can't believe you

and Pam and already starting childbirth classes, that's what I get

for being absent for 3 months!

Have a blast at your shower and seeing family and friends! I

remember how fun it was to come home when I was an ex-pat.!

Thanks Joleen!

My Mom is just about to burst at the seams she is so excited! It has

really bothered her that she hasn't been able to see me pg! I've been

sending her belly pics over the internet, but it's just not the same.

We've resolved the furniture issue. DH and I decided we like the new

crib even better, so we went with it! It will be here the end of Aug.

or beginning of Sept. YEA!!! We also ended up having to change our

changing table too though. It won't be here until the end of Sept.

At least we'll be getting all of it a lot sooner than we would have

the other stuff, so I'm much happier now!

It's hard to believe I'm in Lamaze classes already too! Pam and I

don't have long to go now............

Thanks Dana! I am very excited! DH has been wonderful and I promise

not to overdo. The swelling is gone and I'm feeling great (except for

the bachaches at night). I'm sure I'll swell this weekend in the heat

though...UGH! I am so thrilled with the furniture and am excited to

get it in now. Patience, Patience...

You take care as well!!!

Elle,

The crib is beautiful - I love it! I love the site, definitely makes me want another one so I can buy more stuff - lol. I'm sure you will get everything together in time. I hope you have a blast at your shower and I hope that no one says anything, I think you just might carry through with your threat - lol.

Love & hugs,

Jo-Ann

Elle's Update

Hi all!For about a week and a half now we've been having major email problems. Some kind of virus going around Mexico. Anyway, I'm keeping up with things by website...I had my first individual Lamaze class last Thursday. I really enjoyed it! DH and I start our couples class on August 14th. In the meantime, we have 2 videos to watch. At my class last week, my instructor handed me a rubber baby and said that was approx. the size and weight of my baby right now. WOW! I was so shocked to feel the actual weight and see how big it was! It really put things in perspective for me!We leave this Thursday morning for Oklahoma City for our first shower. I'm so excited to see our families and friends! If I hear one word about the children being disappointed, I may have to sock someone in the nose! We'll return Monday afternoon. Please keep us in your prayers for a safe trip. An update on our crib situation: the store called us today and told us that the manufacturer came back to them with a delivery date of sometime in November. I've been trying to keep my cool, but lost it on this one! Anyway, they suggested another crib that is very similar, the same price and is in stock which means we could have it in a month. I looked at it on a website and think I really like it even better. I'll show DH tonight and see what he thinks. If anyone is interested in taking a peek, go to www.babysroom.com then click on furniture, then click on Danbury collection. I ordered our other crib in matte white and I would this one as well.

It's by Child Craft.Maybe this will all work out in our favor?!? At least I could get the nursery all set up in September!Now....Jo-Ann ~ way to go on the 3 pounds!!! ~ I'm sorry AF showed, but you've got a great positive attitude! Lori ~ Congrats on passing the 12 week mark! e ~ my thoughts and prayers are with you, your Dad, your Grandmother and entire family! Pam ~ have fun at your child birthing classes! Amy ~ having fun with I bet!!! Amy ~ lots of ************************* to you and your embies!!! ~ how is life as Mommy to 2 now??? Jo-Ann, Kendall and Vicki ~ Keep up the good work on dieting!!!For everyone ~ keeping you all close in my thoughts and prayers! Thanks for always being there and for all of your support, even when you listen to me moan and groan about my furniture problems!Love, elle

Jo-Ann

Thanks Jo-Ann! We are very happy with the new selection and the

delivery dates! We are so excited for the shower and to see all of

our family and friends. My BIL called me this morning and went to bat

for us and told SIL that all of the comments have to stop. He told

her that she is behaving like a child and to grow up. I really doubt

she would say anything this weekend now. I am hoping for a fun,

uneventful party. I'll let you all know when I return! Hey, how's

your sunburn???

Elle,

The sunburn is much better now - thanks for asking sweetie. My nose and forehead are no longer leather at least - lol! I'm definitely going to be more careful for now on.

I can't wait to hear all about your shower, I'm sure you are going to have a blast opening all of the gifts. I will keep you in my prayers for a safe trip. Let us know when you are home.

Love & hugs,

Jo-Ann
