Ruth,

What web browser are you using? I know once when I tried to chat at my

mom's using Internet Explorer, it didn't work. Sorry I can't help any

more than that right now.

Internet Explorer is what we use thru our local internet supplier.

Do you know else I should use that it would work?

Ruth,

Do you also have Netscape installed on your computer? If so, you may

have better luck using Netscape for the chats.

I'm using Internet Explorer tonight and it seems to be working. When I

first clicked on Chat, it asked if I wanted to download and install

Yahoo! Chat, which I did. I can see you there.
