Guest guest
Hi Sher and welcome. I found my lump myself. I had a mammogram, then the surgeon did a biopsy and it was cancerous. I then had a mastectomy, I had one node involved. I had 6 mo of chemo and no radiation. That was back in 1990 when I was 44. Everything will depend on what they find. Breast Cancer goes from DCIS, which is the best, to Stage IV. Some ladies only need a lumpectomy and then radiation, some choose a mastectomy and have chemo and sometimes radiation also. Hang in there and ask any questions you want. We are all here for you. I will keep you in my prayers.
