At the risk of you all laughing at me, I take my pulse at my left

wrist, but not by touch. I take it visually. I can see the skips and

blips much more easily than I can feel them, and I get a much more

accurate pulse rate reading this way. Anyone else out there do it

this way? Please?

OK I admit it , but only cos you asked so nicely lol, lol I usually feel

it but if I dont want to be seen doing it, and have everyone asking why Im

taking my pulse,I watch it in my wrist and count it! LOL You and me both!

Presumably you take the Diovan as an antihypertensive.

Does it have any effect on the rhythm?
