Guest guest
> How does everybody else check their pulse? > Rich O ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ At the risk of you all laughing at me, I take my pulse at my left wrist, but not by touch. I take it visually. I can see the skips and blips much more easily than I can feel them, and I get a much more accurate pulse rate reading this way. Anyone else out there do it this way? Please? R.
