Guest guest
Hello all, I have been taking a hiatus for the past several months from doctors and treatments and meds (even from my web friends on my lists). I could not take the emotional roller coaster. My husband and I went on vacation in mid June and guess what? I am pregnant!!! It has been 4 years since I m/c my first pregnancy and since then went through the trials and tribulations of finding out I was SU, resection, and infertility. Undergone several attempts with Clomid, injectibles and inseminations and would you believe that all by our lonesomes we made a baby. This is a miracle!! I feel so blessed that I am about to burst my seams! I still can't really believe it and I thought I'd share the news. AF was scheduled for it's monthly arrival and did not show, 3 days later just to confirm that she would indeed be showing up, I took a HPT. When I looked and there were 2 lines I almost fainted. DH was flying home from a business trip, so what do you do when you get a positive result nad are all alone? Run to the store and load up on all the other brands and start taking them. I just could not believe it! But indeed all the results were positive. First thing the next morning went to the Dr's office and asked for a blood test. A few hours later, the nurse called and said the words I have been yearning to hear, " Congratulations, you're pregnant. " I have been laughing and crying ever since. That's the upside and now the other side. I am utterly and completely a nervous mess. I am excited and frightened all in the same breath. I am trying to stay as positive as I can and when I doubt it I think of what a miracle this actually is and try to enjoy the moment. I can't wait until the 30th of this month for the u/s. Thank you all for the continous support and if you have a spare moment keep us in your prayers. I believe prayer is a powerful thing. Thanks Marty SU resected, 1 m/c Preg w/ #
