Guest guest
I am not sure what happened yesterday, but I feel soooo much better off the HC. I think it was just too strong for me. I started doing my T3 sublingually expecting the possible rush that others have mentioned and worried that might cause similar anxiety, heart symptoms, but it didn't happen. (I switched to sublingual just because the vitamin/eating scheduling was making me CRAZY!!) I'm using the Isocort and HC cream instead. I am a little tired today but after being wired for days and only getting a few hours sleep on the Rx HC I think that's to be expected . I actually slept over 8 hours last night. There was no change in my T3 dose, I just stopped the and switched to Isocort. I also realized that the Rx was giving me a slight case of indigestion. One question: is there any problem with using a combo of the cream and Isocort? I can do the cream first thing in the morning and don't have to worry about upset of an empty stomach. I also like that it bypasses the liver. I do like the Isocort later in the day and for night/bedtime use because for me it's easier to dose. The Isocort helps me sleep better where the cream applied at night has interferred with my sleep. Didn't get me wired and anxious, just wasn't tired enough to fall asleep and I did use only a small amount. Unless I'm doing 5 or 10 mg. of the cream - 1/8 or 1/4 of a tsp., it's harder to get a small but effective dose of the cream, even with the syringe. And I am trying to mimic natural cortisol production, high in the AM and gradually lowering to minimum in the PM and at bedtime. So, can I mix the two? Thanks, Donna
