lately. I got Mayer fat free bologna. It's not

as good as the full fat stuff, but I put baked lays on

my sandwich anyway, so who can tell? Yeah, that's a

habit I picked up from my best friend in elementary

school...chips or doritos ON your bologna sandwich.

Good morning everyone...today was weigh in for hubby and myself, both of us

remaining exactly where we were last week. This is not a bad thing for us, as

we both have started to recommit to the program. I do have a question though,

was reading I thought on this list about bologna being one point? I am finding

it to be 2 and maybe have misread or maybe I need a special bologna, any

suggestions?

I started this a.m with cereal and fruit for my 3 points and have had 2 bottles

of water (40 oz). For lunch I am doing my bologna sandwich on wheat with

tomatoes of course and some yogurt.
