Seems to me that is what the flex point plan is based on and so is the plan. For me is it most important to be encouraged and content and a weekly tally really helps. Have a good day... Sharon I get my strength from Jesus... Hi Billie Jo - I have all the same feelings as you about doing this a different way, even though legal. Yesterday was a very munchy day for me.
