Supplements done, am on my last glass of water. 45 minutes on the treadmill!

Breakfast

sausage 2

Lunch

1/4 deep dish pizza low carb 8

Snack

sm salad 2

Dinner

pork tenderloin 0

sm. salad 2

cauliflower 8

TOTAL 24

Snack for later: Orange jello at zero carbs. THen the kitchen will be CLOSED

yes, but tomorrow could get me thrown off the island. I have to work all day and go out after work and won't get home til about 8:30. I usually don't exercise on days like that as I usually don't exercise everyday, even when I'm in a groove, I always take one or two days off. But tomorrow my plan is to do just twenty minutes when I get home unless a miracle happens and I get up when my alarm goes off. Feelin good, though and I got into ketosis for the first time last night. What a relief. But it doesn NOT take away my hunger. Maybe because I seldom get more than a small amount of ketones, never moderate or high. How's the hip feeling?

Good for a and 45 minutes. I did 21 on the bike and read the paper. I

guess really it is not worth much. says I have to get my heart

beating faster or I will not burn any fat. ;o( IS this true? And closing

the kitchen ! Fabulous! I cooked some sausages 1. carb per sausage and the

ywere not that good, Italian with marjoram in them that gives them a funny

taste. Art least it seems to have cured my hunger. now I am stressing out

over report cards .

Oh well Soon they will be over. But first I have to start them. Now hang in

here a. I am counting on it. We will be two wild and crazy gals on the

beach this summer.

Well it WAS shouting my name and that is my demon, evening snacking. It is something I can't seem to control. But at least I think I will skip the jello, my tummy is finally full. My dinner was too late for me tonight and even though I snacked at 5:00 on some pork, it wasn't enough apparently or maybe I am just losing it.
